Job description
As a Remote Business Development Manager focused on Individual Voluntary Arrangement IVA and Debt Management Program DMP, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, driving client acquisition, and building relationships with potential partners. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, B2B, generating leads, and ensuring our IVA and DMP services reach a broader audience.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IVA and DMP markets to drive growth and increase market share.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, partners, and stakeholders within the credit and debt management industry.
Manage and execute B2B sales strategies that target companies in need of IVA/DMP services, such as credit counseling agencies, insolvency practitioners, and financial institutions.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop and implement effective campaigns to promote IVA and DMP services.
Collaborate with Call Centre Agents and other internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
Act as the subject matter expert for all things related to IVA and DMP, ensuring that sales strategies are aligned with market trends and client needs.
Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
Extensive knowledge of the financial sector, particularly in the areas of IVA, DMP, and the credit industry.
Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals.
Strong experience working with Call Centre Agents or customer service teams.• Excellent marketing and business communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and deliver presentations to prospective partners.
Result-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals.• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Salary:
800,00 NGN Monthly
