Sales Officer

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Provide customers with information about products
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Ring up purchases.
Follow all companies policies and procedures

Requirements and skills
NCE, OND / HND
Proven work experience as a Sales person in pharmacy or retail experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Highly motivated and driven with a proven track record in sales
Physical stamina, Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management , organizational skills and team spirit
Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba, Yaba axis of Lagos is very important
