Software Engineering Consultant

About the Company: We are a US-based global software development and outsourcing firm, primarily serving the US market. Our strategy focuses on becoming a results-oriented leader in the US remote job sector by utilizing external talent and innovative approaches. We are committed to leveraging international expertise for securing remote roles in the US. We seek a technical representative who is capable and competent to conduct job interviews on behalf of our US-based account manager and sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews to help secure US-based positions on behalf of account managers.
Be available for at least six hours daily during Eastern Time.
Collaborate with engineers to oversee and guide their daily tasks.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
Skilled in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Angular, Microsoft SQL Server, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
Compensation and Benefits:
A base salary of $2,500 per month.
Performance-based bonuses of $1,000 per secured job
