Job Description

Overview:

Coinnest Africa is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to engage potential customers in high-traffic locations. The ideal candidate will promote our cryptocurrency services, generate leads, and educate the public about buying and selling cryptocurrencies. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive sales skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Actively engage with individuals in strategic locations to generate quality leads per week for cryptocurrency transactions.
Promotion: Effectively communicate Coinnest Africa’s value proposition and services to potential customers.
Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, clubs, and organizations to expand reach, visibility and to achieve targets.
Market Research: Gather feedback and insights from potential customers to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads generated, interactions, and conversions. Provide weekly reports to management.
Event Participation: Attend local events, fairs, and community gatherings to promote Coinnest Africa and generate leads.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts and share best practices.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or a similar role.
Good understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology (Mild training can be made available)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
