Web3 Social Media Manager

We are looking for a skilled and charismatic Web3 Social Media Manager to join our team. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 trends, excellent English communication skills, and a dynamic personality to host Twitter Spaces and engage with our online community. You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating and implementing content strategies, and building meaningful connections with our followers. Your goal is to amplify our brand presence across various platforms, drive engagement, and position us as a thought leader in the Web3 space.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn, and other relevant Web3 communities.

Actively host Twitter Spaces and community calls, fostering engaging discussions on topics relevant to our brand, industry trends, and blockchain technology.

Create and schedule regular, high-quality content (posts, threads, infographics, memes, and short videos) that aligns with our brand voice, educates the audience, and encourages interaction.

Engage with our community across all social media platforms, responding to comments, addressing questions, and facilitating discussions in a clear and approachable manner.

Monitor social media channels, blockchain communities, and industry news to stay updated on trends, competitor activity, and relevant events in the Web3 ecosystem.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals across all digital channels.
Track and analyze social media metrics, using data to refine content strategies and improve engagement rates, audience growth, and overall reach.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in the blockchain or Web3 industry, with a portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful campaigns and audience growth.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the confidence and clarity to host Twitter Spaces and engage in live discussions.

Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, DeFi, DAOs, EDUFi, SocialFi and Web3 culture, with the ability to translate complex concepts into easily understood language for diverse audiences.

Proficiency with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social, and familiarity with analytics tools like Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics, and others.

Creative mindset with experience crafting effective social media campaigns, content calendars, and engagement strategies.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive approach to managing social media and engaging with the community.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Web3 communities and platforms such as Discord, and Telegram.

Experience in hosting or moderating live discussions on Twitter Spaces.

An understanding of crypto trends and familiarity with EduFi and SocialFi
