Driver

We are seeking a trustworthy and professional Personal Driver for the Executive Director (ED). This role involves driving the ED to various locations safely and on time, assisting with logistical needs, and maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times. The ideal candidate is dependable, well-groomed, and has a thorough knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation Services:
Drive the Executive Director to appointments, meetings, and other engagements as scheduled.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off at designated locations while following all road safety and traffic regulations.

Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep:
Conduct routine inspections of the assigned vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.
Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs and coordinate repairs as necessary.

Confidentiality & Professionalism:
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the ED’s personal and professional activities and conversations.
Exhibit professionalism, discretion, and a high level of courtesy at all times.

Route Planning & Efficiency:
Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to minimize travel time, adjusting as necessary to ensure punctuality.
Stay informed about alternate routes and any potential roadblocks or traffic delays.

Assistance & Support (as needed):
Assist with carrying or loading any items when necessary.
Provide additional support to the ED for logistical needs as required.

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a personal driver for senior executives or high-net-worth individuals.
Knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and shortcuts.
Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and respect for privacy.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a well-groomed appearance.
