Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support to manage and optimize our IT systems across our multiple business units. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations, securing critical data, and supporting IT-related growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support: Provide hands-on support for software, hardware, and network issues; troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions to maintain productivity and ensure smooth running of all networks, systems and devices.
2. Network and Security Management: Monitor, configure, and secure network infrastructure to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity. Oversee cybersecurity.
3. Data Management: Oversee data backup, storage, and recovery processes; maintain databases to ensure data availability and security.
4. System Maintenance and Upgrades: Conduct regular maintenance on IT systems, install necessary updates, and recommend system improvements.
5. User Training and Documentation: Train team members on IT policies, data security, fraud prevention and best practices; create and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures.
6. Vendor and Asset Management: Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software purchases; manage IT assets inventory, ensuring cost-effective and reliable solutions.
7. Project Support: Assist all departments in the development and deployment of new technology projects, ensuring alignment with IBIC’s strategic goals.

Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years in IT support or help desk roles, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-unit organization.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic network troubleshooting.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on efficiently resolving technical issues.
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical users in a courteous and professional manner.
