Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify, target, and engage potential clients within your territory to build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Relationship Management:
Develop long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer retention and repeat business.
Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing concerns, answering questions, and offering additional products/services.
Sales Goals & Reporting:
Achieve and exceed sales targets, both individual and team goals, as set by the Sales Manager.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Share insights and feedback with the sales team to help develop sales strategies and improve product offerings.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that sales strategies align with broader business goals.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other team-building activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role (1-3 years minimum).
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel within your designated region.
