Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our fintech products and services.
Work closely with the product and development teams to define quality requirements and ensure they align with company standards.
Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software functionality and performance.
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for continuous integration.
Monitor and troubleshoot testing and quality issues, identifying root causes and suggesting fixes.
Ensure product compliance with financial regulatory standards and security protocols.
Participate in design reviews and offer guidance to improve product quality and usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a high level of product quality, continuously suggesting improvements for QA processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of QA experience in a financial services or fintech company (REQUIRED).
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with proven experience in testing web and mobile applications.
Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices in the financial industry (e.g., PCI DSS, SOX).
Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, or similar.
Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), including Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
Nice to Have:
Experience with performance and security testing.
Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
