Job Description

We are seeking a talented Retail Branding & Visibility Manager for our client, a leader in the retail sector in Nigeria. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of the brand, from store design to exterior visibility. You’ll oversee the end-to-end execution of store branding strategies, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across all locations. Job Responsibilities

Planning:
Develop and maintain standards for store branding and visibility in line with the overall brand identity and guidelines.
Collaborate with relevant branding contractors to plan and execute branding and visibility initiatives for stores.
Define clear expectations for branding contractors, including quality, quantity, and implementation timelines.
Create detailed project plans with clearly defined deliverables and timelines for each store branding initiative.
Project Management:

Coordinate the work of contractors, including but not limited to design, fabrication, and installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage internal stakeholders (e.g., Admin, Projects, Mall Management, Legal, Finance, and Operations) to ensure all requirements are met for successful, on-time implementation.
Collaborate with relevant external government agencies to secure necessary permits and licenses (e.g., LASAA, ARCON, etc.).
Tracking & Measurement:

Ensure detailed project tracking and provide periodic status reports to management.
Monitor that branding contractors deliver in accordance with the agreed standards (quality, quantity, timelines, and budget).

Requirements
A minimum of a first degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within an organization that operates retail stores (company-owned or franchised) with strong design, layout, and branding standards.
Experience in managing projects (PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus).
Ability to work independently with high drive, and effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary:
800.000,00 NGN Monthly
