Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account/Admin Senior Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong accounting background and excellent administrative skills. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additionally, the incumbent will provide administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and spreadsheets.
2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
4. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
5. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable.
Administrative:
1. Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
3. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
4. Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
6. Train and supervise junior staff members.
7. Perform special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and administration.
Experience in a senior role or leadership position.
Skills:
