Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Service Manager. This role requires a blend of strong leadership skills and exceptional customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our customer service team, resolving customer issues, and driving overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer problems.
Build strong relationships with customers and foster loyalty.
Team Management:
Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
Ensure adherence to customer service standards and KPIs.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
Implement new strategies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation:

₦120,000 - ₦150,000 per month
