Job Description
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer problems.
Build strong relationships with customers and foster loyalty.
Team Management:
Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
Ensure adherence to customer service standards and KPIs.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
Implement new strategies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
₦120,000 - ₦150,000 per month
