Reporting to Program Manager, this job role provides support for the program day-to-day tasks, including supporting the daily operations of the business development as well as contributing to the program plans, developing strategy and driving task completion and the resultant outcomes.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience
 First Degree in Business, Marketing and Economics, from a reputable institution –
 Must have above-average software skills in Microsoft Office applications.
 At least 3 years post qualification experience.
 Technical knowledge and skills in results-based management
 Strong interpersonal skills,
 Ability to lead others in solving complex problems,
 Ability to work effectively with clients, and Ability to communicate effectively. Strong organizational skills
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 Excellent report writing and presentation skills
 Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
 Ability to work with timelines and meet deadlines
 Culture, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability
