Job Description (Summary)
As the Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality assurance services, mentoring audit teams, and driving compliance with industry best practices. Your work will contribute to the firm's mission of addressing clients’ financial requirements to international standards.
Assurance Services:
• Deliver assurance services to a portfolio of international and local clients, ensuring compliance with global best practices.
• Utilize knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles to resolve complex financial reporting issues.
Team Management:
• Lead and manage large audit teams to achieve project objectives and maintain high performance standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring professional development and effective teamwork.
Technology Utilization:
• Employ CaseWare accounting software to streamline audit processes and enhance efficiency.
• Leverage advanced tools and methodologies to deliver innovative audit solutions.
Stakeholder Communication:
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members to ensure alignment on deliverables and project timelines.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• 5-7 years of managerial experience in a reputable audit firm.
• Minimum of a 2.1 degree or its equivalent in accounting or related fields.
• ICAN or ACCA certification is mandatory.
• Candidates should be between 30 and 35 years old.
• Proficiency in CaseWare accounting software is an added advantage.
