Financial Controller (Banking or Microfinance Sector Experience)

The Financial Controller will oversee financial management and reporting for a multi-family office serving Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI). This role requires expertise in financial planning, cashflow management, budgeting, and project accounting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with wealth managers, tax advisors, and auditors to ensure financial integrity and provide tailored insights.

Financial Reporting: Ensure timely, accurate financial reports for compliance with local and international regulations.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Align budgets with goals, conduct variance analysis, and optimize cost management.
Cash Flow Management: Develop cash flow models, recommend capital allocation, and maintain liquidity for operations.
Transaction Processing: Oversee transactions and maintain strong financial controls.
Project Accounting: Manage finances for real estate, private equity, and philanthropic initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with clients, bankers, and auditors; provide portfolio updates.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and lead audits with robust internal controls.
