We are seeking a *dedicated and organized Office Assistant* to support the smooth running of our daily operations at our office in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
*Job Description*
As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, maintaining office organization, and supporting staff to enhance overall productivity.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Administrative Support*: Assist in managing day-to-day office activities, including filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
- *Record Keeping*: Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of office activities.
- *Customer Service*: Handle inquiries from clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- *Inventory Management*: Monitor and manage office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- *Coordination*: Support other staff members in carrying out tasks and projects as required.
- *Office Maintenance*: Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to work.
*Requirements*
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in an office assistant role is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar software).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must reside in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
