Job Description
The Human Resources Officer will oversee the Human Resources department, providing comprehensive HR support to the company. This role involves a wide range of duties, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with laws, company policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, hire, and onboard recruits.
2. Employee Relations: Manage employee inquiries and concerns promptly, promote a positive and inclusive work environment, and handle disciplinary issues and grievances following company policies
3. Benefits Administration: Manage and administer employee benefits to ensure timely and accurate enrollment and changes to benefits.
4. Performance Management: Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development
5. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, coordinate training sessions, and track employee participation.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and procedures and conduct regular audits to identify and address potential compliance issues.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
2. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior management.
4. Assertive, ambitious and result-oriented.
5. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. A BSc degree, and relevant certification.
