Job Description

*We Are Hiring: Business Development Officer

*Responsibilities:*
- Research and identify new business opportunities, sales leads, potential clients, and market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industries and sectors suitable for business expansion.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to engage potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and presentations that attract new business.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the company's services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective clients.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management regarding sales activities, forecasts, and market analyses.
- Monitor competitors and stay informed about industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from business development to service delivery.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience as a business development officer, sales executive, or in a relevant role.
- Documented sales track record and experience in proposal development.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong market knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
