Job Description
Manage and maintain the CEO schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Handle request and queries appropriately.
Screening and directing phone calls.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
2. Meeting and Event Coordination
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up materials.
Act as point of contact between CEO and clients.
Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and off-site meetings.

3. Travel Management
Arrange complex travel plans and itineraries; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
Ensure the CEO have all necessary documents and information for business trips.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
4. Project Management
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.
Track project progress and report on key milestones.
