Job Description (Summary)
The Digital Marketing Officer will oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
Content Creation & Strategy
• Develop and manage engaging content across digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
Social Media Management
• Plan and execute social media strategies, including content calendars, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize reach and engagement.
SEO & SEM
• Optimize website and content for search engines to increase organic traffic.
• Manage PPC campaigns to boost online visibility and generate targeted leads.
Email Marketing
• Create, segment, and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and promoting products.
• Analyze email performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
• Leverage data insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Collaboration & Market Research
• Work with sales, product, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to implement innovative strategies.
Working Relationships
• Internal: Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams.
• External: Engage with influencers, vendors, and customers to enhance brand presence.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
