Job Description
We're looking for a talented and ambitious Talent Acquisition Analyst to support our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in analyzing recruitment data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform our recruitment strategies. You will also assist in coordinating recruitment processes, managing candidate data, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment data, including candidate sources, time-to-hire, and other key metrics to identify trends and insights.
2. Recruitment Process Support: Assist in coordinating recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.
3. Candidate Data Management: Manage candidate data, including updating candidate records, tracking candidate progress, and ensuring data accuracy.
4. Reporting and Insights: Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to stakeholders, including hiring managers, talent acquisition team members, and senior leadership.
5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Proficiency in recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office.
