Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive director. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

*Responsibilities:*

- Manage schedules and appointments.
- Organize all ED meetings and take notes of pending tasks.
- Handle correspondence.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.

*Requirements:*

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
