Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing executive to lead our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth, develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

Marketing:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive lead generation
- Manage marketing budget and resources to optimize ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies

Additional Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales and marketing strategies with business objectives
- Provide regular sales and marketing reports and analysis to senior leadership
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing performance

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in sales and marketing management
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, practices, and tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
