Job Description
They are expected to:
Understand the needs of clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or customers.

Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their accounts and any relevant
company news or product updates.
Analyzing sales data and creating reports to present to management.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
