Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Institution/Project Sales Manager to identify and pursue sales opportunities with top real estate project companies and institutions in Nigeria. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Nigerian building market and products, as well as excellent sales and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with top real estate project companies and institutions in Nigeria
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies and institutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop sales strategies and solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
•5-10 years of experience in sales, in tiles, building materials or construction industry
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, business administration)
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian building market and products
- Good exposure to top real estate project companies in Nigeria
- Excellent sales and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
