Position Overview

We are looking for a Visual Effects and Content Generalist skilled in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, with a strong focus on compositing. The ideal candidate will also contribute to graphic design work, particularly in creating titles, covers, and marketing materials. Proficiency in Blender for 3D compositing is a plus.

This role is part of the Marketing Department and involves collaboration on projects ranging from short videos to promotional content and graphic design tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and enhance video content using advanced compositing techniques, integrating live-action footage, 2D/3D elements, and visual effects.
- Develop visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and effects using DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Handle compositing tasks such as keying, rotoscoping, tracking, and color grading to achieve seamless results in post-production.
- Collaborate on diverse video projects, including short-form videos, skits, and promotional content.
- Design engaging titles, covers, and graphics for marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to multi-channel marketing campaigns by delivering high-quality visual content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and timely project delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in video editing and compositing, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Advanced compositing skills, including keying, tracking, rotoscoping, and color correction.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience with Blender for 3D compositing and animation is a plus.
- Strong storytelling and visual design skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to seamlessly integrate various visual elements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience through projects, online courses, or industry work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Lagos if not already located there (accommodation provided).
