Job Description

Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor? We are currently seeking a customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and transfer calls to the relevant individuals.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution.
Assist with administrative tasks where needed and cooperate with other departments and personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications and Skills
NECO, WAEC or SSCE Leaving Certificate.
Must reside around Ikeja, Ogba or Ojodu Axis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
