Job Description

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Professional is responsible for managing and overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and organisational policies. This role ensures that the company fosters a positive and productive work environment aligned with its goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.

2. Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide resolutions.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through communication and conflict resolution.

3. Performance Management:
- Develop performance evaluation systems and facilitate reviews.
- Assist managers in addressing performance-related issues.

4. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and organize learning opportunities.
- Support career development initiatives for employees.

5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll processes and benefits administration.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.

6. Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.

7. Data and Analytics:
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles (specific years based on seniority).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
