Business Support/Developer

We're seeking a skilled Business Support/Developer to act as a liaison between our clients and development team. You will gather client feedback, identify pain points, and communicate insights to enhance our platform's user experience. Your technical expertise will enable you to collaborate with the development team to implement solutions, ensuring our platform meets clients' evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Liaison:
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and pain points
- Gather feedback through various channels (meetings, surveys, support tickets)
- Communicate client insights to the development team
- Identifying and researching potential clients, competitors, and industry patterns
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Attending events, meeting clients, and building relationships
- Negotiating contract terms with clients, and presenting products to customers.

- Development Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers to prioritize and implement client-requested features
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure successful solution implementation
