2. Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, such as leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking water pressure, inspecting pipes, and cleaning drains.
4. Ensure all plumbing work meets local building codes and regulations.
5. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operation of hotel facilities.
6. Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
7. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules and repair logs.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience as a plumber, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
2. Valid plumbing license or certification.
3. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and tools.
