Job Description
Our Client, owns a livestock and crop farming business is seeking a trustworthy and highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to him.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the MD's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
Location: Owode Egba, Ogun State, Nigeria
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the MD's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and presentations.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the MD.
Handle all phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the MD.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to ensure smooth operation of the MD's office.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Prepare and manage the MD's expenses, including travel expenses and other reimbursements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
Provide general administrative support to the MD, including tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and binding documents.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and government officials.
Coordinate and arrange events, conferences, and other special projects as required.
Qualification/Requirements:
OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or any relevant program.
At least 2-4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
