Job Description
Our Client, operate one of the most service oriented health networking company. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager with a passion for developing, facilitating health related educational content and evaluating programs and report directly to the MD.
Job Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs to healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders on various medical topics, including disease management, treatment options, and medical devices.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop programs to address these gaps.
Training Delivery:
Deliver training programs to healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders through various methods, including classroom instruction, online learning, and one-on-one coaching.
Use adult learning principles and interactive training techniques to engage learners and promote knowledge retention.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Health related Content Development:
Develop health content for training programs, including slide presentations, handouts, and other educational materials.
Ensure that medical content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Project Management:
Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including subject matter experts, trainers, and learners, to ensure that training programs are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Degree or Master in any science or medical related program, such as nursing, medicine, pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology etc.
Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in anchoring health related or medical trainings.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs to healthcare professionals and patients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
Strong project management skills, including prioritization, organization, and time management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
