Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Managing expenses: Tracking and managing expenses like fuel and maintenance.
2. Financial reporting: Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
3. Financial analysis: Analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
4. Auditing: Conducting internal and external audits to ensure financial accountability and compliance.
5. Reconciling accounts: Reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
6. Financial data confidentiality: Ensuring financial data confidentiality and conducting database backups.
7. Regulatory compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Requirements:
The qualified and interested applicant should have:
A bachelor's degree in Accounting.
At least three years of post-qualification experience.
Skills such as forecasting budgets, producing financial reports and executing reconciliations.
Advanced knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel, as well as strong math skills, attention to detail, and time-management abilities.
