Job Description
What You’ll Do:
B2B Client Acquisition
Identify and target potential B2B clients in need of logistics services across various industries.
Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into loyal customers.
Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities and untapped segments.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met effectively.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for business clients.
Sales Strategy and Execution
Create tailored proposals and presentations to showcase the value of Whoosh NG’s logistics solutions to prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and onboarding new B2B clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in alignment with company policies.
Data and Reporting
Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management on client acquisition metrics.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with B2B acquisition goals.
Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to support product development and service enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on achieving results.
Knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus.
