Job Description

1.Reception and Customer Service: Greet students, parents, and tutors warmly and welcomingly. Provide information about the center's services, programs, and policies. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Assist visitors by directing them to the appropriate areas within the center.
2.Appointment Scheduling: Manage the center's appointment scheduling system, coordinating tutoring sessions and appointments between students and tutors. Ensure that the schedule is organized efficiently, considering tutor availability and subject expertise.
3.Student Registration: Assist in the registration process for new students. Collect necessary information and complete registration forms accurately. Maintain and update student records in the center's database.
4.Payment Processing: Handle payments for tutoring services, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Process transactions, issue receipts, and maintain financial records. Collaborate with the finance department to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
5.Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies. Help with preparing and organizing materials for tutoring sessions and workshops. Assist in generating reports and compiling data as needed.
6.Center Communication: Respond to email inquiries, and forwarding messages to the appropriate staff members. Assist in drafting and distributing center communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and promotional materials. Maintain the center's social media presence and update online platforms with relevant information.
7.Facilities Management: Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the center's reception area and common spaces. Ensure that the center's facilities are well-maintained and presentable. Coordinate maintenance and repairs when necessary.
8.Student Support: Provide basic support and guidance to students, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Direct them to the appropriate resources or staff members for further assistance. Maintain a positive and supportive environment for students in the reception area.
