Job Description

**Plugz Strategic Services** is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. A must-have skill for this role is consistently meeting targets.

**Responsibilities:**

* Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers.
* Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements.
* Product/Service Presentations: Present and demonstrate our offerings.
* Proposal Development: Prepare sales proposals.
* Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales, consistently meeting targets.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain customer relationships.
* Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads and opportunities.
* Market Research: Stay informed about market trends.
* Sales Reporting: Provide reports on sales performance.
* Collaboration: Work with other departments.
* CRM Management: Utilize CRM software.
