Responsibilities:
● Learn and apply Adire production techniques.
● Assist in fabric preparation, dyeing, and finishing.
● Maintain clean and safe workspaces.
● Meet daily production targets.
● Adhere to company safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
● No prior experience needed (Training provided)
● Strong willingness to learn and attention to detail
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: ₦40,000/month (with potential increment after 6 months based on performance)
Accommodation provided (standard with kitchen, rooms, and electricity)
14-month contract (2 months training + 12 months employment)
