Job Description
• Ensure that dispatch riders contact customers before taking orders out of the office
• Ensure all waybill number are promptly sent to clients immediately for proper tracking and accountability.
• Ensure all orders received are processed and completed by the close of business on the same day.
• Adhere to company protocols to accurately confirm and validate all orders.
• Ensure consistent follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails and other communication channels as necessary.
• Ensure that the total number of products and amount paid, are sent to the WhatsApp group, match the records on Shopify and Odoo
• Scan all products before delivery, take clear photos of all products sent to customers and promptly share them in the WhatsApp group.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns related to delivery and logistics in a professional and timely manner.
