Experienced Laundryman

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Laundryman to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laundry machines, washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens, towels, and guest clothing. This role plays a key part in ensuring the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Operate washing machines, dryers, and pressing equipment to clean and maintain clothing and linens.
Sort, load, and unload laundry items for cleaning and drying.
Follow specific instructions for different fabric types to avoid damage during washing and drying processes.
Use appropriate cleaning agents and spot-treat stains where necessary.
Iron, press, fold, and package items according to required standards.
Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols in the workplace.
Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a laundryman or in a similar role
Familiarity with laundry equipment, detergents, and fabric care is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
