Job Description

• Drive the company-owned van to assigned territories, routes or customer locations to conduct sales visit and deliverables.
• Load and unload products from the Van, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper handling of goods.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs and preference to drive Sales.
• Take orders from customers, process sales transactions and issue receipt or invoices for purchases.
• Negotiating pricing, discounts and terms with customers to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the Sales territory.
• Resolve customer complaints, issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Uphold company policies, procedures and ethical standards in all sales and customer interaction.
Skills and Qualification:
• Candidates should possess minimum of OND or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 – 3yrs work experience.
• Basic mathematical skills for calculating prices, discounts and order totals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must have good Driving skills
• Proven experience in Sales, preferably in a direct sales or Van sales role.
• Familiarity with sales techniques, negotiation strategies and closing tactics.
• Strong customer focus attitude, negotiating skills and sales-oriented mindset.

Remuneration: N120,000 per Month, HMO, Pension, incentives
Salary:
120.000,00 NGN Monthly
