Internal Control & Compliance Manager

1. Design Strategy and Implement Controls: Develop structure, implement, and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
2. Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with business operations, financial reporting, and compliance.
3. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
4. Audit and Testing: Coordinate internal audits, testing, and reviews to ensure effectiveness of internal controls.
5. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to management and the board on internal control effectiveness and compliance.
