UI/UX Designer

INGRYD Academy is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to craft engaging user experiences and impactful interfaces for web and mobile applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are both visually appealing and user-centered. Responsibilities:
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and wireframes
Design graphic user interfaces, components, and navigation elements
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Optimize existing interfaces based on feedback and usability testing
Conduct user research to inform and improve design solutions
Ensure design consistency across projects by adhering to design standards and guidelines
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices
Present design concepts and user journey ideas to stakeholders
Work closely with the development team to implement designs

Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
Knowledge of usability and accessibility standards
Ability to design for web, mobile, and responsive applications
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
