Job Description
Location: ABUJA
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services offered by the company
- Utilize various dialing techniques (cold calling, warm calling e.t.c. to reach potential clients
- Quality leads by assessing customer interest needs and budget
- Gather and record customers information accurately in CRM systems
- Persuade potential customers to make purchase and handle customers complaints effectively
Qualifications:
- Degree in any reputable course
- 1_2 years experience as a credit officer in telemarketing,sales or customer service preferred
- Fluency in English and at least one other Nigerian language (Yoruba,igbo or hausa)
