Job Brief:

Responsibilities:

Diagnose plumbing problems and develop solutions, including troubleshooting leaks, clogs, and other issues.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing installations and repairs.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on plumbing systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components.
Collaborate with other trades and contractors to coordinate plumbing installations and repairs in construction projects.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards in all plumbing activities.
Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and services provided.
Use plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively, following proper procedures and precautions.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely assistance to clients as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in plumbing systems and techniques.
Provide guidance and training to junior plumbers and apprentices as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
