Agile Product Management Trainer /Instructor

We are looking for a Product Management Trainer with excellent understanding of product journey and has ability to impart skills. You’ll educate the trainees how to translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative trainer and a reliable problem-solver.

Responsibilities
Holistic training curriculum design, & development.
To deliver product management training at the intermediate level.
Development of a detailed training manual for the trainees.
Devise technical training programs according to organisational requirements.
Determine course content according to objectives.
Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups.
Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
Observe and evaluate the results of training programs.
Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.

Class Practical - Train the students on how to:
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
Coordinate cross-functional teams.
Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.

Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Product Manager/Trainer.
Experience in product lifecycle management.
Background in software development and program management is preferred
Familiarity with Agile framework.
Organisational and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication/teaching skills.
Problem-solving aptitude.
5+ years of work/training experience as a Product manager.
Creative thinking skills.
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
