Job Description

We requires the service of Junior Accounts Officer. You will assist the finance department in managing all financial procedures which include planning budgets, participating in audits, monitoring transactions, and preparing invoices and report to Senior accounts officer, Head of Operations.

Location - Lagos ( Lekki & Gbagada)

⦁ Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
⦁ Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
⦁ Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets.
⦁ Maintain records and receipts for all transactions.
⦁ Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
⦁ Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
⦁ Perform other duties assigned

Qualification/Requirements
⦁ BSc / HND in Finance, Accounting, banking & Finance or relevant field.
⦁ 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a Non profit organization (NGO), or any other related sector
⦁ Professional training and certification such as ICAN, ACA will be an added advantage
⦁ In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
⦁ Interested candidate must be a committed born-again Christian, with a personal and active relationship with God
⦁ Ability to create new ideas, relationships, or systems including creative contributions.
⦁ Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines as well as work without supervision and in a team environment.
⦁ Proficient in Ms. packages - MS Word & Excel

Net Salary - 180,000 plus other benefits
