Job Description
The Driver will be responsible for safely transporting goods or passengers to and from designated locations while maintaining a high level of professionalism, safety, and reliability. The Driver will operate vehicles such as cars, vans, trucks, or buses, ensuring timely and efficient delivery or transit in accordance with traffic regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Transportation of Goods/Passengers
Vehicle Maintenance and Care
Route Planning
Adherence to Traffic and Safety Regulations
Required Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License: Appropriate for the vehicle type operated
Experience: Proven experience as a driver with a clean driving record.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
Familiarity with the vehicle being driven
Educational qualification: Minimum of secondary school certificate
Skills:
Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to follow directions and plans while maintaining flexibility for changes.
Problem-solving skills, particularly in dealing with traffic, delays, or emergencies.
