Job Description

Salary : 7.3 Million Annual
Location:Lekki
Responsibilities
•Collation of submitted budgets and planned expenditure to Head of Finance
•Ensure disbursements are in line with approved budgets
•preparation and submission of service reports within 24hours after the event
•Reconciliation of all accounts (cash, Cheques, online transfers)
•Fixed deposit management using and excel sheet Ana ERP to track additions,roll over,maturity.
•Disburse and account for all petty CAs expenditures by sending periodic reports
•Request for replenishment when due
•Preparation of correspondences to banks and other parties
•Attend and resolve issues with internal parties, auditors,banks,congregants and vendors
•Regularly updating the fixed asset Register and report to Head of Finance
•Ensure accuracy of data compiled for the service report before submission to Head of Finance
Requirements
•Bsc.Finance,Accounting,Economics
•A master’s degree, ACCA,ACA
•Minimum of 3years’ accounting experience
•Up-to-date knowledge of accounting procedures & practices
•Budget planning and control
•Proficient word processing and excel spreadsheet skills
•Up-to-date knowledge of IFRS and the theories
•Cash flow management
•Must good team player yet able to work well alone
•Must have great communication skills
•Must be goal oriented and hard working
