Job Summary:
Content Creators/Influencers are responsible for developing engaging content that aligns with the project’s goals and resonates with the audience. They will amplify the visibility of Talents Beyond across various platforms through innovative storytelling, trends, and audience interaction.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop campaigns and promote Talents Beyond through creative posts, videos, and live sessions.
- Use storytelling to promote the talent hunt’s mission, vision, and activities.
- Stay updated with social media trends to incorporate relevant trends into content strategies.
- Collaborate with the media and marketing teams to execute campaigns and boost audience reach.
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience/evidence as a content creator or social media influencer.
- Strong creative skills in writing, video editing, or design tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track engagement and growth metrics.
- Ability to keep up with social media trends and integrate them into campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
