Job Description
Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts, from job posting and candidate screening to conducting interviews and selecting top talent.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and leave policies.
Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the Managing Director and Director, Finance and Operation.
